A5 Sample Size Product Information

Experience the healing beauty of the Rose and Gold collection in bite-sized A5 prints. Whether you’re looking for a tiny piece to add to your art collection or want to see the quality of the artwork before purchasing the bigger sizes for your space, you can now order A5 samples for most of the art pieces featured on The Celestial Explorer Art to suit your tastes.

Prints have a lifespan of 80+ years and can be preserved for a lifetime with proper care. Avoid placing prints in direct sunlight or damp environments to maintain their quality.

Instructions: Please email us with ‘Sample Request’ in the subject line, the full name of the piece(s) you’re interested in, with the variant where applicable (ex: Aquatic Symmetry Black Bubbles), along with the desired country and city for delivery, and we will send you a quote, followed by a unique payment link to confirm the purchase. Thank you. 

 Exclusions: Super Rare Platinum collections with under 5 pieces are not available for sampling.

Note: All samples come a white border and rolled in a tube. No frames or backing boards included.

Orders

Upon purchase, there is a 24-hour window where you may choose to modify or cancel your order before it is sent for print. Please be aware that after this 24-hour period, no changes or cancellations can be made. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain our commitment to providing top-notch, exclusive products. 

If you wish to order multiple pieces, kindly contact us with the specific pieces, sizes, and location, and we will create a tailored order for you with a unique payment link.

Cancellations

During the 24-hour cooling-off period, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at shopcelestialexplorer@protonmail.com with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. We will process your refund upon receipt of this request.

Processing Time

After the initial 24-hour period, your order will be sent to our printers, dStudio (UK). Depending on our current workload, this process typically takes 7 working days from the date of acceptance. If there are any delays, we will contact you through the email provided during checkout. Keep in mind that during peak seasons (such as holidays), processing and shipping times may be longer. Please consider this when placing your order.

Returns 

If you need to return a faulty item, please contact shopcelestialexplorer@protonmail.com and provide photographic evidence along with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Our customer service team will respond within 72 hours and assist you.

Please submit any returns applications for faulty items within 24 hours of receipt (delivery) to ensure they are accepted. We will process a refund or exchange once we have received the item within the given timeframe. 

Refunds will cover the full cost of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that requests for exchanges and refunds beyond the specified timeframes will not be considered. 

For returns within the UK and abroad, customers will have to pay for the shipping costs.
